VARNAMAYA HORROR TERROR

With a beautiful title like ‘Varnamaya’ director Ravindra Vamshi in his third film is giving a horror dose and also a lecture on horror film statistics in Kannada in this year so far.

Nearly 190 films released in Kannada there are 24 horror films and mine is 25th horror film he claims. Ravindra Vamshi has directed Putani Safari and Kaivalya in the past. Doing workshop director has chosen artists for this film. it is in fact based on his experience two years ago.

Deepti Damodar new producer to Kannada filmdom says the film is based on true incidents. It was her wish to make a horror films as she was watching it as hobby.

Nataraj is hero with Deepika, Shakthi, Sunitha, Mandya Jaggi and others in the cast. Sunitha is not aware of the story of the film, Shakthi is a psychiatrist student, and there is hallucination factor in love. Deepika is in short and sweet role. In the Varadarajan role is Jagadish.

Jeevan Gowda handled cinematography. The audio CD of the film after screening trailer and two songs were released.

The film is set for release soon.
