The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce in the regime of Basanthkumar Patil was ‘Litigation Camp’. From the sample of what is known on yesterday night at CID Eesha audio release get together party it is learnt that there are seven cases on producer A Ganesh and four each on actors Yash and Diganth.
The complaints on actors Yash and Diganth are because of non cooperation that is ‘mamool’ in the cinema industry. The cases piled up like a small mountain on producer A Ganesh is because of his ‘Kannada Work’.
In the Rajyotsava month for doing the work for Kannada language films – just maintaining the rules and regulations I have received thousands of pages of cases in my name from Competition Commission of India. My wife in the house did not eat for days after knowing that I have seven cases in my name for doing right work in abstaining the non Kannada films from excessive entries.
Producer A Ganesh has two things to say – let a leader develop for Kannada film industry to evade such cases on Kannadigas who work for the language and secondly immediate truce is required to save me from going to New Delhi. From the legal tension I am not able to complete my films ‘Maaaya and Mass’ post production and in addition to it I have lost Rs.1.80 crores from ‘Dhandam Dashagunam’. Please someone save me says Ganesh.
The legal charges are metered to handle this type of cases. I have to shell down money and for the last regime cases on all committee members it is in hundreds says A Ganesh.
From 20 plus theatres restrictions it is now free for non Kannada films. They are releasing in 80 plus theatres adds Ganesh.
