The film ‘Kalakaar’ boast of three lovely tunes, good cinematography, editing and Harish Raj has delivered what he can in his acting. The sole draw back of this film is the first half of the film and second half is loaded with many intriguing moments. It is in the post interval the role of Dwarakish as director in the cinema brush the memory of his relationship, quarrel with Dr.Vishnuvardhana.
