The nine times national award winning director P Seshadri found success in box office from his last release ‘Mookajjiya Kanasu’ based on Gnananith Award winning writer Dr Shivarama Karanth. He is now trying his luck again by releasing his much talked about film ‘Mohanadasa’ (this was made on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi) – the childhood of Mahatma Gandhi that is based on Mohammad Boluwar ‘Papu Gandhi Ada Bapu Gandhi’.
On the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi October 2, the film ‘Mohanadasa’ untold facts of childhood of Mahatma Gandhi is depicted on silver screen. P Seshadri is also a producer and producer in Kannada, Hindi and English languages. This film is about Mahatma Gandhi aged 7 to 14.

Samarth`s twin sister Jyothirmayi is playing the sister role in this trilingual film. Nandini is playing a small but interesting role of prostitute, Shashikumar, Soorya, Madhav and others are in the cast. Pravin Godkindi scores music for two songs in this film.
Interestingly this film is releasing in nearly 100 theatres.
