Spreading over three periods -1968, 1992 and 1999 director AMR Ramesh showed how brilliant he is to take up part two of the same film. He has given a good start to the film ‘Police Quarters’ the flow is a bit slow but the end part is appreciable with sacrifice taking notable step. AMR Ramesh could feel ‘Santosh’ with a pretty good name already from ‘Cyanide’.
