On the new house construction of this prestigious film news transmission center ‘Bhujanga Giri’ it was a plantain leave with six varieties of sweets served in the lunch for invitees.
The calories required for one week was fed by Sri Raghavendra Chitravani to nearly 750 guests on the house warming celebration day on December 4th at Sameerapura in Chamrajpet Bangalore. Five sweets, Sri Sathyanarayana Prasad, mouth watering Bisibele Bath, Anna Rasam, rice pappad, lemon rice, two types of vegetables and Kosambari…..Ahaa…. the calorie shoot up for everyone who sat for ‘Oota on plantain leaves’.
For the three storied building of Sri Raghavendra Chitravani it is named as ‘Bhujanga Giri’ (actually late D.V.Sudheendra was nick named as ‘Bhuja’ and Bhujanga happened to be the family God Sri Venkateshwara) the flood of invitees started from morning 8 am on 4th December 2008.
