The Telugu film ‘Shourya’ remake in Kannada that is yet to get a title went on the floors on Wednesday – Upakarma day at Kanteerva studios. Sadhu Kokila is directing challenging star Darshan for the third time after ‘Suntaragali and Anatharu’.

This is a Pukka sister and brother sentiment and out and out commercial venture too says Sadhu Kokila who promises to do a swamake film in the coming days. The shooting for this film will be held in Mangalore, Karwar, Bellary, Belgaum, Mysore and Bangalore in 80 days schedule. The actual shooting begins from 5th September. We are changing the nativity and KV Raju is with us for dialogues informed Sadhu Kokila. The songs will be special for this film.

For Darshant the sister sentiment is after ‘Thangigaagi’. What is interesting is that I turn back when my sister says ‘Anna’ in the end disclosed Darshan who has signed his 39th film. I was rowdy in Thangigaagi and now a cop in this remake film Darshan described.

Producer Basavaraj who made ‘Swamee’ and was a partner to ‘Geleya’ is hopeful of the success of this film.
