Once upon a time a child artist in films like ‘Hathi Mera Sathi’ of Rajesh Khanna and Tanuja now VRR as director and producer besides acting in 140 films takes up his first Kannada and Tamil bilingual film because his mother hails from Kannada Nadu.

VRR came prepared with the film ‘Dhum’ and he is already director of eight films and producer of nine films. He thought of Lakhmi Rai or Ragini Dwivedi for the pivotal role but finally he decided on Bengali actress Erean Adhikari.
