One of the senior most supporting actors in Kannada cinema Gauri Sri is producer, director and appears in the lead role of the film. The film `Jana Rakshaka` is with a caption `Naa Bakshaka`.

Actor of over 150 films Gauri Sri invited veteran SA Chinne Gowda for the release of the film poster at Shukra auditorium on Monday evening.

SA Chinne Gowda recalled the days of Dr Rajakumar and said how his name was picked from Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar by ‘Bedara Kannappa’ director HLN Simha and renamed ‘Muthuraj’ as ‘Rajakumar’. Gauri Sri speaking on this occasion said her experience in acting made her to take up V2 dance school. When I suffered losses once Appu helped me with Rs.30000.There are 380 children learning dance. When I was watching Dr Vishnuvardhana on TV, I felt he should have been alive and written a few lines as a story. Later I found Raj, a man looking like Dr Vishnuvardhana. Then I decided to make a film.

PKH Dass cinematographer is a plus point for this film. When responsibility is forgotten, the two children keep up the prestige of the family. Being good to society is important in this film.

Gauri Sri produced this film working hard in her dance school. She had invested her earnings and should get good results, Kari Subbu.

Raghavendra, Somasunder, Priya Nataraj, Trishul. Rathnamala, Bhagyasri and Shivakumar Aradhya are co actors in this film. The film has music from Devadas, editing is done at Balaji Digital Studio and  Supreme Subbu is stunt director.
