From the hustle and bustle in a serene atmosphere the place would be fit for the film personalities in conducting 100 days event, audio releases, screening of films, the seminars could be held as the resort provides food facilities too he says.

In the green belt area surrounded by mountains the land in the possession of Shinu Mithra 35 houses will be built in the form of cottages. Out of the 35 houses 22 houses have been booked for Rs.22 lakhs each. The buyer of this house will get Rs.10000 monthly rent for his investment and he can make use of his cottage cum house for one week in a month. The down payment for this cottage cum house is Rs.3 lakhs and in one year the house will be constructed at this place.
