An agriculturist Balakrishna KR arrives to make a socially relevant film ‘Nirbhaya 2’ with a new team headed by director Raju Kunigal who has written story, screenplay and materializing his dream of six years.

Producer Balakrishna a humble personality says I am ‘Raithana Maga from Kunigal’ when a social cause came with the subject I evinced interest in making this film, Aduge Channagi Madodu is very important, I hope director Raju Kunigal will do it he says.

Director Raju Kunigal says he is making Nirbhaya 2 and later Nirbhaya 1 and that is an interesting thought and no trick in it he says. He is digging at the genesis of crime in the society especially related to recent atrocities on innocent girls. This has a true story and I would shoot for the film in Tumkuru surroundings. Suhana Syed, a popular singer today, is appearing in an important role. We have held the muhurut at Tumakuru Sri Saibaba Temple. MP Basavaraj JS sounded clapboard for this film. Director Raju Kunigal is giving opportunities for Kalpataru Abhinaya Taranga students. Chickmagaluru and Bengaluru are other locations for his film starting from 17^th of November.

Mimicry Gopi, Hanumanthe Gowda, Rekha Das and others are in character roles. Akash Parva is a music composer and he had done a good job for the motion poster that was screened at the media meet.

Gundulpet Suresh is working behind camera, Arjun Krishna has a typical character that is in negative shade, Harish with some knowledge of acting, Kusuma of Tumakuru has a prominent role. There are five newcomers for this film ‘Nirbhaya 2’.
