Recalling the 20 years gap friendship with veteran journalist Shyamasunder Kalkarni the Kannada films producer Bhagwan Sarang is returning back not only in friendship but with ‘Idhra Irbeka Ninhanga’ a North Karnataka culture and heritage based mega television serial.

When Bhagwan Sarang called up Shymasunder Kulkarni after 20 years he was astonished. Twenty years ago Bhagwan Sarang sought the lyrics from Shyamasunder Kulkarni for his ‘Nannavaru’ film and now he sought the story from the same friend after 20 years. Shyamasunder Kulkarni a renowned cinema journalist and writer of poems and stories for films recalled one of the incidents of his regime that happened in a village and mixed the same with the Press Club of Bangalore media meet with one of the chief ministers of the past incident. That is related to the corruption weeding out.

For this mega television serial on air from 16th of November at 9 pm from Monday to Friday ‘Idhra Irbeka Ninhanga’ the direction is handled by Bhagwan Sarang son Mahesh Sarang who is at the peak of his career from ‘Kadambari’ television serial that has touched 1200 episodes. Mahesh Sarang wife Poornima is playing the lead role with Ashok Hegde playing the opponent in this television serial.

This is not an ordinary television serial. There are many twists and turns that are no less to any commercial cinema. In the family of Madhav Rao a teacher and Desai Sahukara many ups and downs take place.

The fiction head of Suvarna channel Raghu Samartha is confident of the good progress of the television serial. He is impressed with the shoot taking place at Devagiri, Hubli and Dharwad. The caste and costume is another interesting factor of this television serial.
