‘Window Seat’ is the debut direction of famous anchor, short film maker and actor Sheetal Shetty and it was down memory lane for an intelligent Sheetal at Kalavidhara Bhavana Dr Ambarish Auditorium at the first briefing of media. On twitter today, Abhinaya Chakravarthy released the trailer of this film and a huge response is pouring in already.

For the trailer launch noted director and actor Rishab Shetty and actor Pramod Shetty ‘Just’ came to bless the venture of Sheetal Shetty.

Sheetal Shetty went back to her UKG days of her first train journey from Sagar to Talaguppa, a 25 minutes journey and such memory also peeped in her screenplay. The protagonist Nirup Bhandari on a window seat on this train moves frequently. Apparently this ‘Window Seat’ is a romantic thriller according to debut director Sheetal Shetty.

In fact, it is a journey from 2016 for Sheetal Shetty. With a bound volume on hand, she disclosed her ambition of directing the film to Kichcha Sudeep and then it was an easy path as Jack Manjunath came on board as producer. Giving narration to Jack Manjunath was not that easy. He has separate mannerisms while hearing that frightened me stated Sheetal Shetty.

Window Seat has a triangular love story besides a murder mystery tale. Arjun Janya has done a great job for us. We are sure to give frequent shockers to the audience, she says. At Sagara, Ramoji Film City and Bengaluru, shoot for this film was held and the film got all it wanted.

This is for the second time NirupBhandari worked in a female director. Female fraternity has a special energy and it is half the battle for the film. I play Raghu, a musician who travels from Sagar to Talaguppa. There are two twists in the second half that no one can imagine added Nirup Bhandari to the film contents.

Amrutha Iyengar in earlier days wanted to become a journalist after watching Sheetal Shetty on television. She is now an actor in her direction. I am bold and it is classy in the Window Seat.

Lekha Naidu, 12 years in the theater, is stepping for the first time as a cop in this film and said she had a full new experience. Sooraj, a comedy actor, felt happy for the work experience in this film.

On behalf of Jack Manjunath producer his wife Smt Shalini addressed the media for the first time and she was in full zoom. She threw the light on various topics congratulating the Sheetal Shetty team for making a competitive film. 

Sanjana Anand, busy at Hyderabad shooting, did not make it to the media briefing. Ravishanker, Madhusoodhan Rao and others are in the cast.
