The tall and beautiful with thunder thighs Suman Ranganath is seen in her third item number on Kannada screen ever since her come back from ‘Bindhaas’. She was seen in Puneeth Rajakumar film, later in Chitranna song in Budhivantha of Upendra film that has created a rage today and now she is shaking her legs and twisting her well built physique to the item number in Kannada film ‘Anjadiru’.
