UDAYA TV NEW FICTION SHOW ``KANYADANA``FROM NOV 15th

Udaya TV, the First entertainment channel of Kannada is entertaining its audience with its unique and engaging shows for the past 27 years.

The shows which are on air currently, like Gowripurada Gayyaligalu, Netravathi, Sundari, Kavyanjali, Nayanataara, Sevanthi, Kasthuri Nivasa are a part of the Kannadigas daily entertainment.

Udaya TV which always strives to give newness in its shows, will now add a sheen among its existing serials!

Udaya TV is adding another serial``Kanyadana`` to its bouquet.

Ashwatha, is living in a village nearby Bangalore. Ashwatha is a doting father of 5 beautiful girls and whose mother had died after the 5th girl was born. As the girls come of age, he sees suitable grooms for the first two girls and also gets them married. He feels that the girls have gone through much without their mother and wishes to set good, happy lives, for each one of them and thus realises that a fathers duty does not end in sending them off to their in-laws place, but to hold their hand and guide them through life safe and happy... This forms the core ground of the story “Kanyadana”.

Senior Artist MicoManju plays the father’s Role and the roles of the 5 adorable daughters are done by Manasa Narayan, KeerthiVenkatesh, yashaswini, Vidya raj, and Prarthana Kiran.

ArunHariharan, who has directed the Serial under the production of Anjali Ventures, being enthusiastic about the show says``this serial story is different than any other existing stories, as they offer two rare pairing combos in the show!!! One pairing combo is of the Father with his 5 daughters and the other pairing is of strong story with its screenplay. This story has all the necessary ingrains to win the hearts of the Kannadigas!`` he boasts.

The audience can expect, the importance of relationships, how a father raises his children by also being a mother, and most importantly how he makes their life beautiful. This story reflects the desires, ambitions, and emotions of a girl becoming a woman.

The father feels that a daughter, after her marriage, leaves just the house, not the heart… and a father`s responsibility on his daughter will be till his last breath is the powerful theme of the story.

Kanyadanais getting launched on NOV15th. It airs from Monday to Saturday at 8:30 pm only on Udaya TV.
